237 Airworthiness Directive

Twin Commander 690, 690A, and 690B Owners/Operators,

We are sure you have heard there was a service bulletin (SB237) released some time ago which has now turned into an airworthiness directive. National Flight Services is ready and able to complete this required maintenance for you right now, please remember that this effects almost 300 airplanes and hardly any have had the work done thus far. The AD was released because there was corrosion found around engine and wing supports on many Commanders. This maintenance was made mandatory on January 8, 2010. Owner/operators have 12 months or 150 hours, which ever comes first, to comply or be grounded.

Don’t ground yourself waiting in line to get this done, get in now by an Authorized Twin Commander Service Center and beat the rush in December, call us at 419.865.2311. Completion of the entire airworthiness directive (AD) takes between 15-20 business days, assuming we are able to acquire the required kit to complete the work without delay.

We hope to speak to you soon, please ask for
