This employee will fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment. Work may involve any of the following: Set up and operate fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shape metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer; operate soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts; inspect, assemble, and smooth seams and joints of burred surfaces. Inspection & repair and maintain the operating condition of aircraft, such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, landing gear, propeller assemblies, fuel tanks, and airframe assemblies and engines.

Business Development Manager:

 

The Business Development Manager is responsible for producing revenue-generating sales. Also provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning, and assists in technical development of products and services and develops new customers while maintaining current ones. Acts as liaison between customers, management, and customer service managers throughout a job and works to resolve customer dissatisfaction. This position entails frequent overnight travel for face-to-face meetings with customers (30%).

Airframe Customer Service Representative:

 

The Airframe Customer Service Representative will establish and maintain relationships as the liaison between customers and airframe operations. This position provides coordination of all incoming and outgoing aircraft maintenance as well as support to the technicians through clerical/communications activities. This position provides customer communication throughout completion of the work. The Airframe Customer Service Representative shall report pro-active sales activity to the Director of Sales and Marketing as required.
